**We are seeking a Trader Assistant (Night Shift), in a very dynamic and fast-growing digital bank, you’ll join the Trading department and be directly integrated into the Trading team.**

**Main tasks**:

- Identify risk and implement mitigation strategy
- Respond to queries and issues raised by clients
- Monitor dealing activity to identify/escalate potential fraudulent or unusual trading activity
- Reconcile and validate trade capture and night trading activity in timely and accurate manner
- Monitor client’s margins and position limits
- Ensure practices abide by internal guidelines and external regulations
- Provide assistance to night traders on various key aspects
- Customer support
**Skills and qualifications**:

- Banking or commercial training (Bachelor as a minimum, Master’s degree an asset)
- Previous working experience in a banking environment with exposure to Securities Operations or Dealing for a minimum of 2 years
- Strong communication skills, articulate key risks and challenges of daily processing to management
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under stressful situations, independently and with high flexibility
- Excellent computer skills (VBA programming is a plus)
- Fluent in English and French
- Swiss domiciliation required
