- Zurich- By agreement- 80-100%**Responsibilities & Profile**:
**Your contribution to KPMG**:

- Develop professional, target-oriented communications that are grammatically correct and stylistically aligned with the KPMG standards of excellence
- Proactively and autonomously gather relevant information from pursuit stakeholders within the business and produce agreed deliverables according to set deadlines
- Collaborate closely with the Pursuit Leader and/or Pursuit Project Manager to ensure a consistent approach and service level throughout a pursuit process
- Assume project management responsibilities for pursuit processes, where developing critical messaging is the key service required by the business
- Coordinate the document and presentation materials production
- Document leading practice proposal documents and text modules in cooperation with the Pursuit Knowledge Management
- Provide proofreading services for diverse documents and communications developed within the Pursuit Team

**This is what makes you successful**:

- University degree in Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration
- Ideally 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in an international company; experience with Audit-related communication is an asset
- Experience in writing and editing business related texts
- Proficient English skills and good German skills (both written and verbal), French and/or Italian skills are a plus
- A proactive mindset that enables you to act, work, and think independently, while ensuring the duties and high standards of the Pursuit Team are appropriately represented
- Experienced user of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and motivated to work with digital media
- Pragmatic mindset with very strong organizational skills and an ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
