**Training Solution Trainee**

**Location**: Männedorf, Switzerland

**Your contribution**

In this role, you'll be an integral part of our Product Support Department, specifically within the Training Department. You'll assist in administering the Tecan Academy, our Learning Management System for product trainings, and support trainers and managers in developing and deploying training solutions and courses. Your tasks will include configuring and maintaining Tecan Academy settings, developing naming conventions and training course descriptions, and providing introduction training and support for the Tecan Academy.
- Active participation in Life Cycle Management activities of Tecan Academy
- Configuration and maintenance of Tecan Academy settings
- Development and maintenance of naming conventions and training course descriptions
- Collaboration with content owners and creators to ensure content is up to date
- Provision of functional support to internal and external LMS users

**Your background**

- A university degree or equivalent education
- Experience in L&D or a proven interest in instructional design
- Specialization in multimedia distance learning is a plus
- Proficiency in English, German would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) solutions
- Ability to use learning authoring tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
