Who you are

We are looking for a resilient co-worker in customer relations who enjoys helping our customers and providing them with the best possible shopping experience. Thanks to you, our customers will not only walk into IKEA with a smile, but they will also leave with a smile and will look forward to coming back.
- You have a strong service-orientation, friendly manner and a keen sense of what customers want.
- You are a problem-solver who enjoys answering questions and finds a solution for every problem - no matter how stressful the situation may be.
- You speak Italian and feel confident speaking English (Level B1/B2). Any other national language is a plus.
- You love working with people and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers.
- You have good computer skills and a strong interest in the digital world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advising and assisting customers and always meet them with a friendly smile in the below described work areas:

- In the entrance area: Greeting the customers, making sure that they feel welcome and well-informed right from the start and directing them to the right contact person when necessary.
- In Småland: Making sure the kids from 3 to 10 years old are in good hands.
- At the return counter: Finding quick, uncomplicated and customer-oriented solutions for all challenges based on our internal guidelines.
- In the goods collection area: Checking and handing-over the purchased goods to our customers and making sure that the waiting times are as short as possible.
- At the checkout: Proving every day anew that service can be both fast and friends and saying goodbye to customers in a way that makes them want to come back: with a smile.

It is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours. Early or late shifts within our opening hours and Saturday assignments will be part of your working schedule.
