Afin de renforcer nos équipes en Suisse, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Consultant spécialisé dans le transfert de technologie dans le domaine Pharma.

Vous accompagnez nos clients dans la gestion de leur transfert de procédés de fabrication entre le site donneur (Suisse) et le site récepteur (Suisse / étrangers).

**Descripcion General**:
Vos responsabilités:

- S’approprier le procédé de fabrication, le fonctionnement des équipements et la gestion de la production
- Comprendre parfaitement le fonctionnement des équipements (analyse fonctionnelle, paramétrages, maintenance, pilotage de la ligne) et les dysfonctionnements possibles de la ligne de production ainsi que les moyens de résolution.
- Comprendre les méthodes IPC (In Process Control), l’instrumentation (capteurs, caméra, inspection visuelle) et le lien entre les mesures et le procédé de production.
- En tant que chef de projet, coordonner et animer des groupes projet sur le transfert des méthodes et des équipements et sur l'installation des locaux.
- Transférer et rédiger la documentation comprenant les Batch Records, les Procédures et mode d’instruction en respectant la structure documentaire mise en place.
- Participer et aider à la conception et au suivi des équipements spécifiques en assurant le lien entre les équipes.
- Participer à l’implantation et la qualification des équipements FAT/ SAT et coordonner leurs installations/qualifications avec les autres services.
- Rédiger un rapport de transfert de technologie comprenant les paramètres critiques process et impacts sur la qualité et les cadences de production.
- Assurer la formation des techniciens sur les lignes de production.
- Améliorer de façon continue les cadences et performances des lignes de production, en appliquant les principes du lean management et gestion des dysfonctionnements lors de la production de routine.

**Perfil**:
Votre profil

Niveau Académique:
Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur en Pharma, Biochimie (EPF, HES ou équivalent).

Qualification Techniques:

- Expérience avérée en transfert de technologie dans les domaines Pharma ou Medtech (minimum 3 ans).
- Compétences et expériences en gestion de projet.
- Expérience en excellence opérationnelle (lean management) si possible certifiée (green belt).

Langues : Français et Anglais.
