**Ihr Einsatz**
- kommerzielle Verantwortung für den bereits existierende Kundenstamm
- Auf
- und Ausbau von neuen internationalen Kunden und Projekten
- Analysieren der relevanten Märkte und identifizieren von Potentialen bei bestehenden und neuen Kunden
- Ansprechperson für die Kunden von der Akquisition bis hin zur Auslieferung
- Koordinieren der Projekte zwischen den Kunden und den internen Stakeholdern
**Ihr Profil**
Wir suchen eine flexible, durchsetzungsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit für die Position des Sales Managers im Bereich der Chemie bzw. Commodities oder Intermediates. Sie verfügen idealerweise über einen Hochschulabschluss sowie eine beeindruckende Erfahrung von mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahren in einer vergleichbaren Position.
Als Akquisitions-Profi sind Sie darauf spezialisiert, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und zu erschließen. Sie arbeiten erfolgs
- und zielorientiert, immer darauf bedacht, Ihre Vertriebsziele zu erreichen und die Unternehmensumsätze zu steigern. Ihr breites Kundennetzwerk stellt eine wertvolle Ressource dar, auf die Sie zurückgreifen können, um potenzielle Kunden zu gewinnen und bestehende Beziehungen zu pflegen.
Ihre sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Ihr natürliches Verhandlungsgeschick ermöglichen es Ihnen, auf allen Ebenen effektiv zu kommunizieren und Verträge erfolgreich abzuschließen. Sie verstehen es, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten, die sowohl ihren Anforderungen als auch den Geschäftszielen des Unternehmens entsprechen.
Da das Unternehmen international tätig ist, ist Reisebereitschaft ein wichtiger Bestandteil dieser Rolle. Sie sind bereit, zu Kundenstandorten zu reisen, um Geschäftsmöglichkeiten persönlich zu präsentieren und Beziehungen aufzubauen.
Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, in einem globalen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren und mit Kunden aus verschiedenen Ländern zu kommunizieren.
