Location: Root D4, CH, 6039Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers.

To support our team in Root, Switzerland we are looking for a:
**Talent Acquisition Partner**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Partners with the business and HRBPs to understand their business needs and creates the most appropriate search strategies for each role.
- Leads targeted employer branding actions aimed to improve Novocure’s visibility in specific markets
- Acts as a Talent Acquisition POC within Novocure, interacting with various departments and bringing their expertise to support the EMEA HR team as well as the Global Talent Acquisition team

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar relevant field plus a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience working with different sourcing strategies and channels (Linkedin, Xing, as well as databases)
- Successfully executed employer branding actions and optimised them keeping a data mindset
- Ability to prioritize, plan and adjust processes in creative ways while meeting deadlines
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture as well as design and execute details and routinely tasks with a high attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken; any further languages are of benefit
