Fly 7 is a charter & aircraft management company and offers a full management solution for Pilatus owners worldwide. Today it is the largest commercial Pilatus PC-12 operator. Fly 7 takes control of the entire aircraft management (Crew, Flights Ops, Maintenance, Accounting) and offers its clients the option to charter their aircraft as a way of offsetting some of the costs of ownership or generating net profit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with different departments within the school to optimize efficiency and productivity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Simulator Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of flight simulators in collaboration with the simulator maintenance and compliance teams.
- Implementation of IT Tools: Lead the implementation of new IT tools, including app development, trainee and instructor management systems, and online booking reservation systems for customers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant aviation regulations and policies. Develop and enforce compliance protocols to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide staff, ensuring that deadlines for Aviation Training Organization (ATO) activities are met. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance and project progress.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role, ideally in a regulated environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in high-regulation sectors is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
