Für unseren Standort in Visp sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Teamleiter CQV Biologics Subteam (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Qualifizierung und Validierung von verfahrenstechnischem Equipment und Einrichtungen verantwortlich. Sie tragen massgebend zur laufenden Optimierung von Prozessen, Anlagen und internen Abläufen bei. Sie sind für die Sicherstellung des nötigen fachtechnischen Wissensstands des Anlagepersonals, sowie der Engineering-Gruppen mitverantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Erstellen von Inbetriebnahme
- und Qualifizierungsunterlagen für Neuanlagen, sowie die Betreuung von Umbau-, Ausbau
- und Neubauprojekten. Aufgegliedert wird dies in PQs auf Neubauprojekten für kritische Systeme und die SLC Betreuung aller Systeme nach der Produktivstellung
- Betreuung von Abweichungen, Änderungen (GEP und GMP), sowie CAPAs
- Führung des Subteams, sowie Koordination von internen Gruppen, externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten
- Präsentation der Qualifizierungsunterlagen bei Audits und Inspektionen
- Umsetzung von kurzfristigen, mittelfristigen und langfristigen Zielen und Aktivitäten in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Abschluss Technikerschule (HF) / Fachhochschulstudium (FH) oder Uni Abschluss im Bereich Biotechnologie/Chemie o.ä.
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im regulierten GMP Umfeld bzgl. Inbetriebnahme, Qualifizierung und Validierung z.B. Kühl
- und Gefrierschränke, Reinmedien, -räume, sowie verfahrenstechnischem Equipment
- Selbständiges und flexibles Arbeiten mit gutem Kommunikationsstil, ausserdem strukturiertes, fokussiertes und gut organisiertes Arbeitsverhalten
- Führungserfahrung mittlerer Teams
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office werden vorausgesetzt, Kenntnisse in COMOS (Plant Engineering Softwarelösung), DMS, TrackWise und SAP sind von Vorteil
- Deutsch (fliessend in Wort und Schrift) und/oder Englisch (fliessend in Wort und Schrift)
