Regional Planner

Your Role at Cabot:

- Role will focus on either: (1) Demand planning or (2) Supply planning. Develops and maintains 18-month plans for products manufactured and materials required in the region.

How You Will Make an Impact:

- Works with sales, plants, and purchasing teams to build demand & supply plans for business validation
- Leads a monthly conference call to fully engage sales, operations, and business teams
- Works daily with customer care and plants to resolve supply for exceptional customer orders
- Plans inter-company product transfers, and determine plant capacity utilization and inventory projections
- Data administration tasks as needed to ensure Planning systems operate correctly
- Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and standard business practices as they pertain to planning functions, including internal control

- Knowledge of business disciplines and functions and their inter-dependencies.
- Understanding of matrix management environments
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong communications skills in English
- Excellent English skills; German language skills of advantage
