**The opportunity**:
LH Switzerland is actually seeking a talented Solution Architect - Dynamics CRM (technical profile) with at least 5 years experience in the implementation of Dynamics CRM projects (online and on-premise) for its client, a Swiss company specialized in the integration of IT solutions and IT consulting based in Morges, Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on complex projects for international companies or SMEs in French-speaking western part of Switzerland (Swiss Romandy) or France
- Implement the most appropriate solutions to deliver the expected results
- Evolve all existing solutions, and share your knowledge to advise on the most appropriate choices
- Analyze the existing environment and design the desired solutions by proposing the appropriate architecture
- Create the necessary tools, and help the teams for the evolution of the platforms, the deployments, as well as the interfaces with other tools or given repositories
- Present new trends and tools to client teams
- Follow the training and pass the certifications on your preferred technologies
- Maintain contact with business and technical teams, CRM platform managers, IT / business project managers
- As a permanent consultant of our company, you will be in direct contact with the customer managers on the different sites, and will stay up to date on the evolution of the products

**Essential Skills**:

- At least 5 years experience in implementing Dynamics CRM projects (online and on-premise)
- Development on Dynamics CRM, in C# and JavaScript
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Knowledge of related architectures and infrastructures
- Advanced experience in Business Analysis, including workshop management, requirements gathering, writing functional and technical specifications
