**Operative Purchaser**:

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Execute purchase orders, order monitoring, confirmations and rescheduling.
- Review and verify technical specifications and requirements as basis
- Proactively work to enable cross-divisional, cross-organisational and supplier cooperation.
- Create and issue forecasts to suppliers when applicable
- Approving of payments to suppliers according to delegation of authority
- Maintenance of master data in SAP R/3 MM
- Negotiate and execute spot buys within given guidelines
- Support non-conformity/warranty process management
- Execution of Workflow tasks in SAP R/3 MM
- Monitor and report supplier performance (i.e. delivery reliability, lead time and price).
