**INTRODUCTION**:
On behalf of an international institution based in Lausanne, we are searching for a
**Direct Marketing Coordinator - CDD 6 months**
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
- You create, design and integrate impactful animated gifts and visuals
- You design performance marketing hypothesis to constantly test new digital marketing techniques
- You optimize campaigns using advanced techniques (e.g. re-targeting, A/B and multivariate testing techniques, DMP, Dynamic Content)
- You support the development of other marketing collaterals (updating webpages, banners, Linkedin InMails) as well as reporting & performance monitoring
- You develop automation tools and feed leads with relevant content
**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent educational background
- Capacity to prepare, create and edit visuals, in particular animated gifts with Photoshop or other editing tools
- Excellent HTML coding skills
- At least C1 level in English
