Der Airlock Secure Access Hub ist die Sicherheitslösung von Ergon. Airlock sorgt für sicheres Access Management und verhindert Angriffe auf APIs und Webanwendungen. Neben IAM und Application Protection beschäftigen wir uns mit Themen wie Self-Sovereign Identities, Machine Learning, Kubernetes oder Infrastructure-as-Code.

**Das du mit uns bewegst**:
—Erarbeitung von Produktdokumentation in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Softwareentwicklung und Professional Services
—Systematische Verbesserung, Mitgestaltung der Dokumentation, der Prozesse und des Toolings
—Weiterentwicklung des Redaktionsleitfadens, bei Interesse Entwicklung von Videodokumentationen
—Sicherstellen der sprachlichen Qualität, Einheitlichkeit und konsistenten Verwendung der Terminologie

**Das bringst du schon mit**:
—Hochschulabschluss in Informatik (ETH/FH/Uni) oder vergleichbar
—Erfahrung im Technical Writing mit kontrollierter Sprache oder Wunsch, sich dahin zu entwickeln (z.B. mit entsprechender Weiterbildung)
—Erfahrung mit XML-Redaktionssystemen von Vorteil, z.B. Smart Media Creator (SMC) oder Schema ST4
—Gutes Verständnis von komplexen IT-Systemen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Security und Identity & Access Management (IAM)
—Hohe Selbständigkeit und Wille zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
—Sehr gute Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C2) Kenntnisse. Die Dokumentation wird in Englisch verfasst.
