**V-ZUG Global Product Management**
Product Management ist Teil des Globalen Marketings und verantwortlich für Portfolioplanung und Lebenszyklusmanagement von Kundenlösungen, die den Marktanforderungen, der Markenpositionierung und den Unternehmenszielen entsprechen. Im Produktmanagement wird das Angebot der Zukunft geplant, ins Leben gerufen und über entsprechende Tools und Prozess in das Unternehmen und zu Partnern gebracht.

Es erwartet dich eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einer Drehscheibenfunktion mit viel Eigenverantwortung. **Was wir dir servieren
- Als Teamleiter*in im Produktmarketing befähigst, forderst und förderst du die Manager*innen und das Produktschulungsteam damit sie in ihre definierten Rollen hineinwachsen können
- Für die jährliche Produkteinführung bist du als Manager*in für die Durchführung und Verbesserung des jährlichen Einführungsprozesses zuständig und bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen den relevanten Marketingteams, dem Vertrieb und der Entwicklung
- Die interne Kommunikation über Produktneuheiten und -änderungen liegt in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse deiner Zielgruppen im Vertrieb sowie B2B-Partner*innen in allen aktiven Märkten und kennst lokale Business Gegebenheiten und Wettbewerb, um geeignete Marketingtools umzusetzen
- Du konzipierst produktbezogene Marketingtools und -daten für Vertrieb und Partner*innen, koordinierst und überwachst deren Umsetzung gemeinsam mit Kommunikation und den lokalen Marketingorganisationen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von globalen Produktschulungskonzepten und konzipierst Trainingsinhalte, deren Qualität unsere globale Markenpositionierung gewährleistet
- Du entwickelst und pflegst geeignete Schulungseinrichtungen (z.B. Schulungsräume oder eLearning) in Abstimmung mit anderen betroffenen Funktionen

**Rezept fürs Gelingen
- Du hast deinen Bachelor in Produktmanagement, Produktmarketing oder ähnlichem absolviert. Ein Master-Abschluss ist keine Voraussetzung jedoch ein Plus
- Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, Produktmarketing oder im Training und bist daran interessiert, deine Erfahrungen bei V-ZUG AG zu vertiefen
- Du bist eine dienstleistungs
- und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Führungsqualitäten, die eine transparent kommuniziert und Wert auf effiziente Teamarbeit legt
- Du hast Skills in der Erstellung von Strategien, Konzepten und Steuerung von Dienstleistenden sowie MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Durch das internationale Tätigkeitsfeld brauchst du fliessende Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch und bist bereit, Präsentationen und Trainings in beiden Sprachen zu halten
