On behalf of our Pharmaceutical client we are looking for a **Manufacturing Training Coordinator**.

**General information**

Location: Solothurn

Start date: ASP

Duration: 6 Months

Languages: English

**Experience: 5- 8 years of direct experience working in a GMP environment**
- The Training Coordinator will be responsible to maintain, update and assess Learning Plans and contents for all Employees and Non-Employees of Manufacturing Department. The Training Coordinator will be the first and single point of contact for all Employees and Non-Employees( Externals ) of Manufacturing Department about all training related topics. Training Coordinator will act as SME of all Training related topics and be the liaison with PO&T Learning Team. Training Coordinator will act as a member of Biogen Training Network and will be the liaison with other members of Biogen Training Network. Training Coordinator will be responsible to develop and maintain KPIs.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Good at working with cross functional teams.
- Interpersonal skills - verbal and nonverbal communication
- Experience and motivation to work in Training and related areas.
- Organizational skills - good at time management and multitasking
- Hands on in the use of Microsoft excel, Power point, Word etc.
- Any other relevant experience with use of tools related to training is an added advantage.
