Nous ouvrons un poste de **:BA compliance **pour notre client bancaire privé de la place Genevoise
Pour ce rôle une expérience précédente avérée en banque privée est obligatoire. Celle-ci doit être suffisante pour bien comprendre le fonctionnement des processus d'affaires de la banque.
**Contexte**:
L'ensemble des opérations de la Banque est géré par la division COO et est dirigé par le Chief Operating Officer. Elle s'efforce de fournir aux clients internes et externes un service de premier ordre afin de garantir que nos activités fonctionnent efficacement et au meilleur coût possible. La division COO comprend les opérations, les finances, la gestion de l'information, les ressources humaines et la logistique. Les employés de COO s'engagent à fournir, avec professionnalisme et enthousiasme, un service efficace, proactif et de haute qualité qui répond aux besoins des clients dans le contexte de la stratégie globale de la Banque.
**Tâches attendues**:
La mission consiste à effectuer l'analyse commerciale pour les projets clés de conformité.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Sous la responsabilité du responsable de la conformité et des risques informatiques, le consultant travaillera sur des projets de conformité clés, dont le thème de la finance durable.
- Comprendre les besoins de l'entreprise en ce qui concerne les différents sujets de conformité/réglementation.
- Coordonner avec le chef de projet, les analystes commerciaux, les développeurs et les départements commerciaux.
- Préparer et animer des ateliers
- Assurer le suivi de la préparation et de l'exécution des tests (SIT et UAT),
- Assister et former les utilisateurs lors de la mise en œuvre du projet ainsi qu'après la mise en service du projet.
**Compétences obligatoires**:
- 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Bonne expérience opérationnelle dans la mise en œuvre de divers projets informatiques de conformité ou de réglementation (lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent, abus de marché, filtrage des clients, filtrage des paiements, adéquation des clients, échange automatique d'informations, MIFID, EMIR, etc.)
- Compétences d'analyste d'entreprise sur des projets complexes.
- Orientation très structurée et méthodologique
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais et excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit.
