Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects for Ascent team members. This will include evaluating project requirements through collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders, building the project plan, coordinating stakeholder collaboration, capturing feedback, making process improvement recommendations, proactively communicating progress, risks and issues, completing necessary documentation and delivering the necessary results within the established timeline. The Project Manager should be proficient in problem solving skills and driving scenarios that are not clearly defined to a satisfactory resolution with mínimal direction. The Project Manager will need to be prepared to work on a variety of different projects; from internal process improvements to taking an active role when Ascent is developing and implementing new technology platforms that enhance Ascent’s efficiency with internal and external stakeholders.
**What you will be working on**:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand root issues/goals for each project
- Evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements
- Work with all levels of leadership to actively identify, present, and pursue new improvement initiatives
- Develop project plans, including timelines and resource requirements
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all milestones are met
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed Ascent's quality standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of excellence
**Your Profile**:
- At least 3 years of working experience as project manager within matrix-organizations
- Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level)
- Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is a plus
- PMI PMP certification an advantage
- Flexible and team
- oriented, diligent, and quality
- oriented, structured, and proactive working attitude
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
