Scrum Master and Expert in Agile Delivery Framework

**Introduction of the team**

Within our Digital Banking department, We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Digital department as a Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Framework Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and implementing agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, within our banking projects. As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions to our valued clients. **Main responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a consistent agile and vlaue based delivery model across EFG
- Evolve the delivery model and Governance framework into a capacity driven product lifecycle delivery
- Develop and maintain agile-related documentation, including project charters, sprint backlogs, release plans, and sprint burndown charts.
- Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master, leading and coaching cross-functional teams in agile practices and principles.
- Promote and drive the adoption of Scrum and other agile methodologies within the banking department.
- Coach Product Owners to facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective sessions to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Coach Product Owners in maintaining the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and ensuring clear communication of requirements.
- Coach teams in estimating work effort, identifying dependencies, and managing potential risks and impediments.

**Skills and experience**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile projects and leading cross-functional teams financial industry.
- Deep understanding of the agile software development lifecycle and associated tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.
