As an Accounting Working Student (50-80%)you will be supporting all our accounting processes and will work closely together with the CFO. We believe this role could be for you if you have experience and interest in accounting and bookkeeping principles, and if you get excited by the opportunity to work in a small team where you would get the possibility to take on responsibility from day one.

**Your main tasks will be to**:

- Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings of Verve Ventures
- Coordinate with external bookkeeping and accounting service providers
- Support tax filings (VAT, corporate tax, stamp duty)
- Coordinate bank payments
- Contribute to improved system interfaces/system integration

**Requirements**:

- Completed Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting or equivalent practical experience (KV)
- First professional experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute independently and autonomously while being a team player at the same time
- Strong people and communication skills - you need to be able to summarize key information in a clear and insightful way to become a sparring partner to our internal teams making key decisions
- Full written and spoken fluency in English, proficiency in German strongly preferred
- Starting as soon as possible for at least 12 months The role is part time, 50-80%
