**Marketing & Trade Marketing Coordinator (M/F/d) 40-100%**

**Role Purpose**:
You will be responsible for all administrative & organizational work in the Consumer & Trade Marketing team.

**Key Tasks**:

- Support the Marketing & Trade Marketing team on administrative & organizational work including enquiries from consumers, the trade, midwives, etc.
- Organizing, coordinating mailings towards consumer, customers & HCPs
- Taking over smaller marketing projects (eg packaging design change, market research)
- Managing the onboarding of new employees (induction plan, etc.)
- Coordination of requests on eCommerce & Web Packages
- Organize, coordinate and assist the execution of internal & external meetings incl. trainings, congresses and conferences
- Responsible of full data management (sharepoint) for internal & external use

**Who you are**:

- Completed commercial apprenticeship (abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung)
- Several years of experience in a marketing coordination / assistant role
- Winning, sociable, reliable and pro-active/can do personality
- Good communication skills
- Organized & project management skills
- Experience in digital-related projects is preferable
- Fluent in German & English, French is a plus
