Wir suchen eine erfahrene und strategische Führungspersönlichkeit für die Position Head of Access Network Operation & Improvement, um unsere Access Plattformen zu betreiben, unterhalten und zu optimieren. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für den Betrieb von Koaxialen-, Glasfaser
- und Kupfer
- Netzen, die Implementierung innovativer Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung und die Sicherstellung einer leistungsstarken Netzverfügbarkeit. Wenn du über fundierte technische Kenntnisse und Führungserfahrung verfügst, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung

Aufgaben:

- Leitung der Operations, Improvement und Impact Assessment Teams innerhalb des Access Network DevOps & Design Teams als Head of Access Network Operation & Improvement
- Operative Verantwortung für die Festnetz-Infrastrukturen (HFC und Glasfaser) sowie den Betrieb der Plattformen CMTS, xPON und DSLAM
- Förderung kontinuierlicher Prozess
- und Tool-Optimierungen, um die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und den Betrieb der Festnetze zu verbessern
- Verantwortung für eigene und zugewiesene Projekte sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Budgets
- Anlaufstelle bei fehlgeschlagenen Arbeiten (Changes) im Glasfaserkabelnetz und Entwicklung von präventiven Massnahmen
- Sicherstellung, dass geplante Arbeiten in den Glasfasernetzen umfassend analysiert und deren Auswirkungen in den entsprechenden Tools erfasst werden

Anforderungen:

- Teamorientierte und authentische Führungspersönlichkeit mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position
- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung sowie weiterführende Qualifikationen (TS/FH) im technischen Bereich
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Festnetz-Telekommunikation mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Koaxial-, Glasfaser
- und Kupfer-Plattformen
- Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
