Reporting to the Head of Research and Design, you will work closely with the Board Professional Services organization to translate customer/partner requirements into outstanding interface designs. Your expertise in UI design will contribute to building strong relationships with our customers/partners, while ensuring their satisfaction and success.

**Main duties**:

- Develop wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on customer and partner input, business requirements, and user testing results.
- Take part in the project development process, from gathering requirements, through the completion of implementation, according to the project’s needs.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and scalability, considering different devices and platforms.
- Establish and maintain a library of UI/UX-related reusable assets and templates for use by project teams.
- Educate Board’s consultants on the “UI-First” mindset.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer and partner satisfaction, proactively seeking feedback and addressing concerns related to UI design.
- Collaborate with the Product team to establish and promote design best practices, standards, and processes within the organization. Identify future product enhancements related to UI/UX.

**What we look for**:

- Academic background in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills and ability to create engaging interfaces.
- Experience working directly with customers and partners to understand their requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, layout composition, color theory, and typography.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with design systems and the ability to create and maintain UI component libraries.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design is a plus.
- Ability to work against very tight target dates in a dynamic environment.
- Team player attitude, with good interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
