- The FIFA World Football Museum in Zurich celebrates heritage and culture, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive attractions, exciting information and special memories. - To enhance our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed and proactive Team Leader Exhibitions 100% to join us by arrangement.**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and management of the Exhibitions Team (four team members), within the Exhibitions & Heritage department
- Lead of complex exhibition projects with multiple internal and external relationships (matrix organisation) to budgets, fixed deadlines and full satisfaction of different stakeholders
- Conceive, curate and deliver creative and engaging exhibitions based on the exhibition programme, mission and strategy of the FIFA Museum
- Devise creative solutions for the responsible display of the collection
- Control and approvals of the delivered work by project teams, partners and external agencies
- Commission and manage outside agencies and creative partners, including all administrative processes such as RFP's and contracting
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with other teams of the Exhibitions & Heritage department (Education, Collections, Technique) and the other departments of the FIFA Museum
- Passionate to assist with hands on mentality content development, such as but not limited to copywriting and research

- The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- A university degree in project / sports management, museum studies, design/scenography or equivalent degree/experience required
- Minimum three to five years leadership experience in an international environment, excellent organization skills
- Proven experience in concept development / project management in the cultural sector or related environment is required. Experience in the museum exhibiton planning and implementaion preferred
- Extensive knowledge in the field of football history, football culture and FIFA
- Passion for creative processes, concept, exhibition design and architecture
- Language skills required: German and English (fluent in speaking and writing). Knowledge of an additional FIFA language would be advantageous

- The FIFA World Football Museum at Zurich's Enge railway station has created a worthy site for the success story of international football.
- The exhibition shows how international football has continually developed, generating enthusiasm, inspiring and connecting people around the world.
- With numerous attractions, audiovisual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football. An exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels. The exhibition comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience. In addition, the museum offers a regular cultural programme and an educational and educational programme aimed at families with children and school classes.
- Just as unique as the FIFA World Football Museum is our team. Currently, around 70 employees work for the Museum. They represent different nationalities, professional backgrounds and numerous languages. But they are united by their shared enthusiasm for football, history and culture.
