To accompany the growth of our organization and strengthen our capabilities to hire talents in Switzerland, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent acquisition manager to join the Swiss HR team.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Part of the Swiss HR Leadership team, you will help identify the various needs for a sustainable workforce and develop innovant and performing initiatives to support the sourcing and hiring of talents for Richemont. You will also work closely with our Maisons to develop efficient synergies where needed. Today more than ever, we need to leverage all our internal capabilities to succeed together. Thanks to a strong experience in the field of talent acquisition, you will engage and upskill all of us to become successful brand ambassadors.
