**DR as a Service (DRaas) Service Owner**:

The primary role of the Service Owner is to create the IS service lifecycle roadmap so that it aligns with the vision that is created by the Business Owner and IS goals and objectives. The Service Owner is accountable for the delivery of a specific IS service and is responsible for the service management of a specific service in the organization. They are the representative/spokesperson of the service in the whole organization. The Service Owner has visible and expert leadership in the service line in the further development and effective implementation of services planning and continuous improvement strategies, optimizing the development of commercial effectiveness of the service. Is accountable that IS service is in scope of the service line, with the customer/consumer in mind, and is fully compliant with security, control regulations and standards.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manages the design, implementation and maintaining the framework to deliver DRaaS services in scope according to ABB DR strategy, aligned with ABB policies/standards, timely, within assigned budget and in alignment with Business Owner expectations.
- Collaborates with the technical staff to ensure that they have the necessary know-how about the services being delivered, manages stakeholders’ expectations, and ensures services reliability, availability, maintainability confidentiality and integrity.
- Playing the role of escalation point for severe problems in the service, ensures that the mitigation actions are applied by the resolution teams efficiently and the stakeholders are informed in timely manner, manages the vendor relations escalating to the Vendor Manager as needed for contractual issues.
- Determines service improvements, prioritizes them, and plans the improvements implementation, is responsible for innovation and CSI for the service in scope.
- Managing the stakeholders, internal DRaaS team and the 3rd party vendors supporting the services in scope
- Sharing expert knowledge and providing guidance to the teams supporting services in scope,
- Works with the relevant stakeholders on understanding their strategic and tactical needs, influencing stakeholders’ perceptions of the relevant IS services. Ensures relevant stakeholders’ satisfaction with the services provided.

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience in Operational Resilience disciplines like Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management and Crisis Management
- Understanding of the overall context of various IT technologies and ITIL processes
- Track records in leading IS vendors
- Solid communication and people management skills
- Experience in project planning/execution as well as stakeholders’ management
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions
