Corporate Lawyer

We are looking to hire a brilliant **lawyer** within our International Group, who will be responsible for management and legal consultancy in Italy/foreign

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Deal internationally with suppliers, customers, banks and other industry players on relevant complaints and disputes and on general risk management issues

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Respond to the profile if you are a graduate in Law (master's degree), have a strong interest in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution field and have work experience developed in the United Kingdom with a C2 languages level**_
- Will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of technical issues

**Will be able to draft documents using a highly professional style demonstrating knowledge and ability to make best use of information and research resources**
- Always up to date on the main legal and commercial news
- With excellent communication, relationship and teamwork skills, you will be able to provide a professional and quality service in a timely manner and respond to management requests effectively
- Will build a network of trust in the team and the company, working cooperatively, sharing information and knowledge
- Will manage time effectively and efficiently while seeking to achieve individual and business goals
- Will be responsible for achieving objectives
- Will be able to recognize and seize opportunities for the company with awareness of initiatives and identification of ways to contribute
- Must maintain a controlled, objective and flexible approach under pressure, maintaining behaviors consistent with company values and building relationships based on respect, trust and integrity
