Aufgaben
Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology to develop the most innovative products for our customers? Join our dynamic team as a Lab Technician and contribute to our cutting-edge R&D offering.
Your area of responsibility
- Conduct precise and meticulous testing and analysis of silicone materials and 3D-printed prototypes. Collaborate with the R&D team to evaluate material properties and refine printing parameters.
- Maintain the laboratory's cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
- Document experimental data, observations, and results meticulously. Summarize findings in clear reports for team review and decision-making.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of lab procedures.
- Assist in quality control procedures, ensuring that products meet the company's high standards before release.
Qualifikation
- Experience in working in Laboratory and/or Production settings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols for accurate results.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and addressing unexpected challenges in the lab.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to document procedures and report results to the team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, contributing to the overall success of projects.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized lab environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in a fast-paced research and development environment.
- Good oral and written communication in both German and English.
