Job Description
- Lead and coordinate international customer projects for target trace analysis like genotoxic impurities (GTI) using state-of-art analytical technologies such as high-resolution accurate mass (HRAM) LC/MS and GC/MS
- Coordinate and review the writing of documents, including validation protocols and reports
- Review data, process Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, address quality events, deviations, etc.
- Optimize workflows and plan/execute projects efficiently
- Provide troubleshooting advice and actively drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Demonstrated the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, problem-solving skills and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship
- Possess experience in quantitative trace analysis by Mass Spectrometry
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present findings both orally and in written reports
- Demonstrate high discipline and sense of responsibility
- Experience in a GMP regulated environment, including processing of OOS and deviations is an advantage
- Knowledge of modern software such as Chromeleon is an advantage
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage
