Instructional Designer

**Your tasks****:

- The Academy Instructional Designer (ID) is responsible for the co-design, editing, and quality assurance of online courses, collaborating in these efforts with the Technical Knowledge team and other technical teams, for all our technologies (EDM, Milling, LASER and other technologies).
- The ID participates in the planning, organization and direction of the online courses development strategy with the aim to engage learners in developing their skills (eLearning, mobile learning, social learning, remote training and training documentation).
- You promote the Academy internally and work to give the best image of it.
- You research new innovations in instructional design practices (video editing) and technology, and creative writing to create eLearning and (virtual) workshops.
- You align with Learning Management System (LMS) owners (L&D team and Academy Coordinator) for content integration and creation, update of curriculum programs and reporting.
- You help fostering and actively develop or participate in our global community of customer experience practitioners.
- You perform needs analysis and make recommendations based on your findings.

**Your profile****:

- Commercial Employee background / Instructional Design diploma
- Experience in digital training development
- Experience with international/intercultural teams in an industrial environment
- HR, Learning and development background
- English is compulsory. Any other language: DE, IT, FR is an asset
- Digital tool (ex: iSpring), Proficient in MS Office, LMS tool, Video editing
- Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across functions within the group
