**1st-Level-Supporter*in (befristet)**
**40-90 % **:Mit der Stelle als 1st-Level-Supporter*in betreuen Sie mehrere Professuren/Teams am Psychologischen Institut (Campus Oerlikon). In dieser Funktion sind Sie vor allem zuständig für die direkte IT-Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden sowie für die Betreuung der Arbeitsplätze und zusätzlicher Hardware. Sie entlasten weitere IT-Supporter*innen am Institut. Bestimmte Aufgaben können im Home Office erledigt werden. Die Stelle ist auf 1 Jahr ab Antritt befristet und kann ggf. im Job Sharing aufgeteilt werden.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Einrichtung und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern (Windows und macOS) vor Ort
- IT-Support (1st-Level) und Beratung zu Hard
- und Software
- Planung, Anschaffung und Inventarisierung von Hard
- und Software
- Vermittlung und Support bei Diensten des Instituts oder der Universität
- Dokumentation des IT-relevanten Wissens für die betreuten Teams
- ggf. Administration der Web-Auftritte einzelner Teams
- Team-übergreifende Arbeiten im Sinne der oben genannten Aufgaben

**Ihr Profil**: Ausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support mit den folgenden Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen:

- fundierte Kenntnisse als Client-Administrator*in und Supporter*in bei Windows und macOS
- Erfahrung im Direkt-Support von Enduser*innen
- Eigeninitiative, selbstständiges Arbeiten und aktive Kommunikation innerhalb von Teams
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Flexibilität aufgrund der Zuständigkeit für verschiedene Teams
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute mündliche Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil sind auch:

- Erfahrungen mit Koordination oder Support an einer universitären oder schulischen Einrichtung
- Grundkenntnisse bzgl. Datensicherheit und Datenschutz
