**The Impact You Will Have** Reporting to the Chief Underwriter Liability, you will play a vital role in supporting the Swiss Liability underwriting team with a variety of daily administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include preparing key documents, proposals, and reports, as well as maintaining effective communication with clients and brokers. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth functioning of our underwriting operations and the delivery of exceptional service.

**Some of your specific responsibilities could include**:

- Prepare policy documents, insurance certificates, and invoices, ensuring dual signatures and independently managing the mailing process to clients and brokers.
- Support the premium allocation for international insurance programs by preparing proposals in collaboration with the responsible underwriter.
- Compile and organize necessary documentation, such as loss runs and inquiries for reports/quotes.
- Draft professional letters to accompany communications sent to clients and brokers.
- Review premium bookings and payments in coordination with the accounting and operations teams in Munich.
- up with clients on overdue premiums based on monthly lists.
- Assist in reviewing various lists for reporting purposes, preparing summaries, and providing feedback to the team.

**What You'll Bring to the Role**
- Currently enrolled in (or planning to attend in the immediate future) a business or law university with the aim of achieving a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Ideally working experience in an international company before
- Active team player
- Self-organized, structured, and efficient way of working
- Fluent in German, English is a plus

**Further Information**:

- Duration at least 6 months (preferably longer)
- Working hours: 32.8 hours or 41 hours/week
- Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
