**Trainee Food & Beverage (w/m/d) zur Wintersaison 2023/2024**

Sie unterstützen den Director of F&B im üblichen Tagesgeschäft und haben gemeinsam mit den Outlet Managern ein Auge auf die operativen Bereiche des F&B.

**Hauptaufgaben**
- Servieren von Speisen und Getränken sowie das auffüllen des Speisen
- und Getränkebuffets
- Teilnahme an wöchentlichen Schulungen
- Arbeiten nach den LQA Standards
- Begrüssung und Betreuung der Gäste
- Brot, Butterservice & Wasserservice
- Foodrunning vom Küchenpass zu den verschiedenen Outlets
- Frühstücksservice sowie abends im à la Carte Service
- Tägliche Mise en Place Arbeiten sowie Buffetdienst
- Reinigungsarbeiten im Restaurant und im Office

**Gewünschte Kompetenzen & Qualifikationen**
- Eine organisierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits ein Praktikum im Food & Beverage Bereich absolviert
- Sie sind motiviert Neues zu lernen und unvergessliche Gästemomente zu kreieren
- Belastbarkeit, Ordenlichkeit, sowie sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, eine weitere Fremdsprache, wie zum Beispiel Mandarin ist von Vorteil
