Webmaster (80%-100%)

**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Publish and update corporate, financial and other news of the Rieter Group and its brands on the Group’s website including SEO.
- In close cooperation with our agency, create high-quality designs within an established brand identity for internal and external online communications.
- Consult internal clients (Marketing departments of our Business Groups and affiliates) on user-friendly webpages and customer newsletters.
- Manage and direct the agency in the realization of websites for the Rieter Group and affiliates.
- Maintain agency partnerships and negotiate service contract-updates and -changes.
- Responsible for the testing and implementation of websites and customer newsletters, ensuring high standard security and data-protection.
- Monitoring and analyzing site performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Ideally you bring five years of proven experience in developing creative content,
- gained in a publicly traded, international manufacturer of capital goods.
- Degree in Web Mastering, and/or Graphic Design, and/or Visual Communications, and/or Computer Science, or any related field.
- Excellent conceptual and visual design skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of website content management systems (Typo3 preferred) and photo editing.
- Working knowledge of programming languages and operating systems preferred.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills in English and German.
- High collaboration and problem-solving skills.
