**Your team**:

- Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and a dedication to client service.We are offering an internship as a Social Value/Impact Analyst, in which you will help us create a science-based framework to measure the health impact of our investments. The duration of the project can be tailored to between 3 and 6 months.During this project, you will act as a Social Value/Impact Analyst with a focus on human health. You will strengthen our Zurich-based Thematic Equities team.**Your role**:

- Contributing towards the development of Pictet Health’s Social Value/Impact framework.
- Analysing scientific studies covering the products and services of the companies in our portfolio and assessing the health-related impact on society.
- Working closely with the Investment Team and deciding which studies are robust enough to be used in a sophisticated reporting framework.
- Engaging with the Investment Team and Investment Writers to develop a first draft of a Social Value/Impact framework.

**Your profile**:

- Experience in reading and understanding scientific studies; strong analytical as well as pragmatic mindset.
- Keen interest in learning about thematic investing and ESG-related matters.
- Highly self-motivated, open minded, with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Medicine or adjacent fields, with keen business interest. Specific knowledge of health economics is a plus.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Fluent in English.
- You must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
