Juriste - Legal Group Services, Regulatory & Investment

Au sein du département juridique (Legal Group Services, Regulatory & Investment), vous serez chargé(e) de conseiller et d’apporter un soutien juridique aux autres départements de la Banque

VOTRE MISSION:

- Conseils et soutien juridique aux activités des unités et départements de la Banque, notamment dans les domaines de l’investissement, du droit des sociétés, de la protection des données ainsi que de la réglementation bancaire et des services financiers, de la logistique et du marketing et communication. ;
- Rédaction, revue, négociation et suivi de la documentation contractuelle signée par la Banque et les sociétés du groupe, y compris les contrats intra-groupe et les contrats de services financiers destinés à la clientèle privée de la Banque ;
- Participation à des projets transversaux de mise en œuvre de nouvelles réglementations ou de nouveaux services à la clientèle ;
- Contribution à la veille et à l’information sur l’évolution de l’environnement juridique et réglementaire suisse et international (rédaction de prises de position, éventuelles adaptations de directives et processus de travail et formation interne).

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:

- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire ou dans une étude d’avocats ;
- Formation juridique suisse complète, brevet d’avocat un atout, LL.M. ou autre formation postgrade un atout ;
- Connaissances en droit bancaire suisse, particulièrement dans le domaine de la banque privée ;
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais ; bonne connaissance de l’allemand ; toute autre langue, en particulier l’espagnol, l’italien ou le portugais, un atout ;
- Dynamique et positif avec une très bonne capacité à travailler en équipe, intérêt et facilité pour les contacts ;
- Domicile en Suisse ou volonté de se relocaliser en Suisse.
