We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Commercial Department as **Gemini Retail Deputy Business Process Owner (BPO).**

As part of Digital Solutions Team, the Deputy Retail BPO is leading the Retail BPO pillar and a growing team. Your responsibilities covers all the Retail Group activities (14 Maisons, +7000 users, +900 boutiques across all regions) for which you will drive the Gemini Retail Projects in order to optimize the instore operations and infuse a New Retail vision within the internal boutiques Gemini (SAP) system. In this role, you will work closely with the Group Technology Retail team and all the Maisons of the group. Leading a growing team of PO, you will have a key role within the group to synchronize business needs from the boutiques with group projects and evolutions.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Run and develop Gemini Retail projects in sync with business objectives**
- Ensure a good organization between the PO, business representatives and Group Tech teams
- Formalizes and prioritizes enhancements requests
- Coordinates with SAP CC to define solution to be implemented
- Establish a Communicates evolutions to brand Retail coordinators and brand project managers

**Drive the retail stream of the group Gemini Roll Outs**
- Contributes to the mapping of Retail business processes, in collaboration with other areas’ BPI
- Proposes training strategy and tools for the Retail end user community
- Escalates training needs for retail end users
- Ensures proper communication of business processes during all key user sessions (training or tests)

**Manage a team**:

- Develop skills in digital and team culture & methodologies
- Structure the team and anticipate evolutions to support group projects
- Build synergies between projects and missions

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in Retail (boutique experience is a plus)
- You have the capacity to understand digital / technical topics and systems
- You possess convincing interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and are able to constructively argument and influence decision as well as accompany teams through mindset change
