Dans le Groupe Straumann, nous développons, fabriquons et fournissons des implants dentaires, des gouttières transparentes, des instruments, des prothèses CADCAM et des biomatériaux destinés à la dentisterie esthétique, aux solutions de remplacement et de restauration des dents ou à la prévention de la perte des dents. Nos sites de production de Villeret et Corgémont emploient plus de 800 collaborateurs.

Description du poste

Votre mission de chef de projet commence par l’identification et la définition des besoins de l’entreprise, l'évaluation de la faisabilité, de la rentabilité et des risques avant de définir le plan d'exécution en tenant compte de ce que vous aurez évalué. Vous constituez votre équipe en fonction des ressources nécessaires et disponibles, communiquez clairement avec toutes les parties prenantes, planifiez, suivez l'exécution et assurez la coordination de tous les acteurs, tant internes (utilisateur, maintenance, ingénieur Qualité, responsable Sécurité et environnement, acteurs de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, achats, industrialisation, etc.) qu'externes (fabricants, entreprises de la technique du bâtiment, etc.) dans un environnement matriciel. Vous agissez en réel maître du projet en gérant les risques, gérant proactivement l’avancement du projet pour respecter le planning et la qualité des livrables. Vous motivez et créez la bonne collaboration dans l’équipe et entretenez la dynamique du projet pour que tous les acteurs trouvent du plaisir à concrétiser les ambitions de développement de l’entreprise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor ou Master en ingénierie, avec spécialisation en techniques de production, ou titre/expérience jugé(e) équivalent(e).
- Expérience dans la gestion de la qualité.
- Anglais Niveau B1 minimum exigé / Allemand (Niveau A2 ou plus) - un avantage
- Expérience dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux, produits pharmaceutiques ou tout autre environnement fortement réglementé.
- Connaissances techniques de plusieurs procédés de production suivants : dégraissage et lavage industriel, décolletage CNC, traitement de surface (électro-)chimique, marquage laser, contrôles dimensionnels, emballage, automation et vision industrielle.
- Maîtrise des cycles de validation de procédés
- Bonnes connaissances des diverses méthodes et outils de résolution de problèmes et d’amélioration de procédés (Lean manufacturing).
- Très bon esprit analytique, de synthèse et de prise de décisions.
- État d’esprit positif, ouvert, passionné, adepte du changement, prêt à faire des erreurs et à en tirer les leçons.
