Scrum Master

**Responsibilities**:
- Set up, plan, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, retrospective, etc.).
- Encourage the team to continuously improve their work through Scrum ceremonies.
- Coach the multidisciplinary team (business, IT, providers) to foster autonomy.
- Ensure that the SCRUM framework is understood and followed by the team.
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in writing User Stories (Epics, Features, Bugs) in Azure DevOps.
- Ensure the Product Backlog is detailed enough, with clear Acceptance Criteria, to avoid misunderstandings for the delivery team and facilitate testing.
- Implement and maintain relevant KPIs to monitor team performance.
- Report issues, constraints, or delays immediately to the Product Manager.
- Remove blockers that hinder the team’s progress.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects (systems, containerization, security, etc.).
- At least 5 years of experience in agile methodologies.
- Scrum certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner).
- Experience with Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps.
- Proficient in English, fluency in French is an asset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams, both local and remote.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to address complex operational issues and share solutions with colleagues.
