Trading Quant / Manager

Aufgaben

Monitoring market risks of the Bank's trading activities / Designing and developing quantitative models for trading strategies / Working on pricing models for equities, fixed income and OTC derivatives / Improve risk management of these products through various hedging strategies and better volatility estimates / Calculating the fair value of financial instruments for the balance sheet / Testing prototypes and further develop risk models in the Bank's limit system / Responsible for calibration, optimization and implementation of models and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements / Responsible for risk reports and support senior management with presentations for decision making / Support the Bank's corporate initiatives.

Qualifikation

Master or Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance, Economics, Statistics / Further education e.g. AZEK, CFA, FRM, PRM, CAIA / Professional experience in market risk or market risk control at a bank, asset manager or broker / In-depth knowledge of trading and investment products such as fixed income instruments and OTC derivatives / Strong analytical skills / Ability to lead a small team / Assertive personality with sense of responsibility / Problem-solving and communication skills / High level of initiative / High-quality awareness with attention to detail / Flexibility / Language skills in German and English.
