**Als Teil des Führungsteams in Hägendorf und Balsthal sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich**:

- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und der Unternehmensrichtlinien für den Bereich Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit (EHS)
- Ergreifen von Massnahmen zur Verbesserung der EHS im Betrieb
- Einführung und Pflege von Kennzahlen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
- Beaufsichtigung interner und externer technischer Audits
- Durchführung von regelmäßigen Schulungen zu EHS-Themen
- Verfolgung von Arbeitsunfällen und erste Kontaktperson für deren Meldung
- Durchführen von Ursachenanalysen bei Arbeitsunfällen
- Projekte in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und betrieblicher Umweltschutz in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams vor Ort und in der Region

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Master
- und/oder Diplomabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz oder einer verwandten Disziplin
- 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im EHS-Management, idealerweise in der Medizintechnik und/oder einem regulierten Umfeld
- Kenntnisse der lokalen Gesetze und Vorschriften zu Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit (EHS)
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen in Deutsch und Englisch, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine große Machermentalität
