**Rentals Guest Service Agent**

We are a young and growing property sales, construction, and holiday rental management company that manages 45+ homes and chalets in the 4 Valleys, primarily in La Tzoumaz. Home Partner is looking to hire an agent to join our Rentals division for the winter season. We are looking for a confident, experienced & motivated individual to join us.

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are upheld to the best of standards, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and handling all aspects of client services and guest relations.

**What you’ll do.**

You will assist the Rentals team during our busiest season of the year. Daily tasks are varied, our team is open and dynamic, and every day can be different. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, you should be flexible and able to react quickly to queries. We want to ensure our clients are well catered for and that our communication is at its best. This job involves working weekends to accommodate the influx of check-ins and check-outs.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of tasks related to these responsibilities:

- Assist with client and owner inquiries and reservations in a friendly and professional manner, striving to provide flawless, professional, and high-end guest service experiences.
- Navigate multiple web-based systems to manage various sources of bookings.
- Daily control of arrivals, pre-authorisations, and payments.
- Ensure the properties are set up according to our Home Partner standard: clean, organized, and prepared.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues through regular communication with the Rentals team.
- Provide assistance in the organization and coordination of the owners’ visits, during their stay with us, taking care of their needs.
- Proactively recognize and resolve any maintenance-related problems, including access to the properties during the snowy season.
- Work with our cleaning company to ensure cleanings are completed to HP standards.
- Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and sensitivity when working with both internal and external customers.

**What we are looking for.**
- Must be eligible to work in Switzerland and/or have a valid working permit
- Must be able to easily commute to La Tzoumaz or be willing to relocate
- Must be available to support a 24/7 operation that includes holidays and weekends
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving in winter conditions
- Languages: Bilingual English & French
- Experience working in an office environment, ideally within the Hospitality sector.

**Job Types**: Part-time, 60-80%, 40-60%, Permanent, Temporary / Staffing
Contract length: 6 - 12 months

Pay: CHF3’000.00 - CHF4’000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
