Proclinical AG is actively looking for an exceptionally motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed client's team as an **Logistics Project Lead.**

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable professional seeking a **12-month contract**, with potential for extension.

The **Logistic Project Lead** assumes accountability for overseeing projects, initiatives, and deviations within the logistics domain. They proactively manage projects as a lead or team member and provide support to the Logistic Team Leader in MC1.

**Responsibilities**:
1. People Management:

- Act as a change manager, fostering development within the MC1 Logistic team and promoting the sharing of best practices across Visp Bio Logistic teams.
- Contribute to the establishment of harmonized and standardized KPIs.
- Utilize these KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
- Foster the deployment of Lonza culture and the adherence to the code of conduct.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as cGMP, EHS, SOX, and ISO

2. Project/Initiative/Deviation Management:

- Identify and report potential new projects or initiatives to the MC1 Logistic Manager.
- Drive assigned projects, initiatives, and deviations.
- Adhere to the Visp Bio SC PMO framework.
- Ensure the achievement of project targets (scope, time, quality, cost, benefits).
- Address key roadblocks and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Escalate deviations to the Line Manager and PMO.
- Provide support and backup to the Logistic Team Leader in MC1 and Line Manager.
- Ensure business and operational continuity during assigned temporary duties.

**Experience**:

- Degree level education preferably in Business/Supply Chain/Inventory/ Logistics Management
- 5-10 years experience in a similar position
- **Very good German & English **skills, other languages are an advantage

**Certifications **(preferred)**:

- CPIM or equivalent from APICS
- Project Management certification from PMI
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

**Job Types**: 100%, Temporary / Staffing
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: CHF70.00 - CHF100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
