For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Governance Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

**Your mission**:
Provide timely, comprehensive, and efficient Secretariat support for the top governing bodies of the Commission and maintain effective governance workflows and processes.

**A typical day**:
Prepare the governance meeting and deliver the necessary materials in a timely manner, including: - preparation of agenda and minutes
- coordination, preparation, and circulation of meeting documents
- drafting talking points and presentations
- management of meeting follow-ups and actions
- maintain records and archives

Conduct research on specific issues or topics to facilitate governance activities, including: - analysing relevant data
- synthesizing content from various sources
- developing statistics
- drafting briefing papers and reports

Coordinate day to day administrative tasks and optimize services for internal and external stakeholders

**Profile**:

- previous experience in governance-related activities including handling sensitive information
- prior experience in an international environment
- some understanding of legal, financial, commercial or IT matters
- experience of analysing data
- university level education
- at least 5 years’ relevant experience
- English native or equivalent, with strong writing skills (knowledge of French, Arabic or Russian an asset)
- customer focus and expressing ideas clearly
- organization and planning and relationship building
- attention to details and follow through
- solid working knowledge of relevant digital tools, curious about, able to learn, assimilate and understand the impacts of current and future technologies
