**Job Purpose**:
Reporting into the SVP (EASS / ES / Mav / Datech), the Vice-President Europe BU is ultimately responsible for the (business) development and successful execution of the aggregate multi-year European Operations Plan for the specific focus Area (Vendor, Customer, Portfolio), establishing and maintaining winning relationships with the vendor and key reseller customers and directing local country leads in the execution of their applicable strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and executing the AOP, value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans.
- Maintaining the main partnerships (Vendor and Customers) to enable the plan.
- Identifying, evaluating and helping to close possible acquisitions to accelerate the plan
- Ownership of the execution of European sub-operations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives.
- Drive the building of programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries.
- Engage with Country Management exec teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions.
- Presenting at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities and being a visible thought leader of the applicable focus in the IT channel
**Knowledge Skills and Experience**
- 10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience.
- 10 to 15 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
- Master's / Postgraduate Degree with MBA Field of Study preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree with Economics field of study required.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
