As a recruitment partner of **EM Microelectronic-Marin SA,** we're searching for a **Maintenance Section Manager - Implant/Metal **(a) in a full-time role at **Neuchâtel (Marin)**. In this role, you'll oversee the Implant-Metal Maintenance group, including machines, technicians, and services within IC Front-End Operations. Your mission is to ensure stable, predictable, and improved machine performance while staying within the constraints of time, resources, and costs.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Enhance the preventive, predictive and curative maintenance of the equipment in terms of Safety, PM on Time, PM in Time, First Time Right, efficiency, Costs, MTBF, MTTR
- Perform regular equipment performance analysis through a PDCA methodology by identifying Key Characteristics in collaboration with the Process Team
- Oversee 8Ds and Task Forces when necessary with all the stakeholders
- Manage the technicians team in terms of safety, organization, staffing of the shifts, behavior, team building in a positive social climate,
- Develop the skills in order to increase the know-how in a sustainable manner for each collaborator and also for the Maintenance Team
- Maintain and update documentation in the frame of the Quality System : procedures, checklists, standards and norms, information from equipment suppliers
- Ensure a clear and structured communication throughout the maintenance group and within the IC FrontEnd organization
- Be proactive with the suppliers by tracking the actions and by conducting recurrent interviews in order to have a continuous support and efficiency for the interventions
- Track and Plan spare parts and service contracts costs
- Provide technical inputs on new equipment acquisitions and manage the start-up and integration in the IC Front-End Operations
- Perform a technological watch through documentation, exhibitions in order to improve the efficiency of the Maintenance, and by the way, the performance of the Manufacturing
- Manages: 3-10 direct reports

**What You Bring To The Job**
- HES Engineering degree or equivalent
- Leadership/Management Training and Certificate
- Several years maintenance experience in Microelectronics, especially in Implant-Metal area
- Several years experience in a managerial role
- Project management experience
- At least experience in two of the following quality management tools and methodologies: 5S, 8D, FMEA Equipment, FDC (Maestria)
- Leads teams driving long term performance improvement
- Problem solving attitude
- Organized and methodical
- Excellent team work & stress management capabilities
- Experience in dealing and collaborating with external suppliers
- Experience: Management Role
