**Collège Alpin Beau Soleil is seeking to recruit Summer Camp Section Heads**:

- Junior - Teen - Senior_
From 26th June to 6th August 2023

Section Heads manage a team of monitors, motivating them to bring out the best of their creativity and leadership skills. They ensure their team are fulfilling their duties and lead by example. Our Summer Camp staff are enthusiastic, happy, motivated and above all, have a desire to share their spirit of fun with the children at camp.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum of 22 years old
- Prior experience as a camp staff member
- Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management
- Adaptable and flexible
- Enjoy working with children from 7 to 17 years old
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong resistance to stress and ability to work long hours
- Fluent in English and French, knowledge of any other language is an asset
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Motivated, energetic and innovative
- Strong eye for detail
- Hold a valid First Aid certificate
