**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und Kunden, um Marktbedürfnisse zu verstehen und den Kundenwert zu quantifizieren
- Leitung des Scrum-Teams für die Treiber unserer Messgeräte: Planung, Entwicklung und Lieferung
- Backlog-Management: Erstellung und Priorisierung auf der Grundlage von Kundenanforderungen und -zielen
- Übersetzen von Anforderungen in User Stories
- Stakeholder-Management und Koordination mit dem Entwicklungsteam: Regelmäßige Treffen mit den Change Control Boards unserer Hardware-Entwicklungsabteilungen zur Synchronisierung von Zeitmanagement und Ressourcen
- Entwicklung und aktives Management des Verständnisses von Anforderungen und Erwartungen
- Transparente Kommunikation in alle Richtungen und Konfliktmanagement, wenn nötig
- Verantwortung für die Qualität: Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und -leistung
- Anpassung an Marktbedürfnisse und Kundenfeedback

**Deine Skills**:

- Erfahrung als Product Owner in der Softwareentwicklung (auch Quereinsteiger willkommen)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der agilen Methodik und eine erfolgreiche Erfolgsbilanz im Produktmanagement
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme kreativ zu lösen
- Software-Affinität und Verständnis für komplexe technische Anforderungen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklern und Stakeholdern
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und starke Kundenorientierung
- Ausdauer für langfristige Projekte
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
