Global Sea Logistics Customer Success Manager

You will be part of our global International Supply Chain team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through Kuehne+Nagel’s Order Management and Sea Transportation Management products
**Your Role **:Your primary objective is to execute the business strategy by ensuring a robust retention plan is in place and executed for our top ~30 customers.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement standard key metrics for all ISC customers that cover performance, trends and insights based on customer needs
- Establish, implement, govern + enhance the standards, processes and policies that drive standardization and scalability of our solutions
- Co-create the regional strategic business plan + support the implementation of key initiatives to improve service quality, data integrity, productivity, sustainability and profitability
- Daily monitoring the product and process performance indicators to ensure we deliver against the agreed Service Level Agreement + collaborate with key stakeholders to address root causes for process improvements, where necessary
- Review and drive tactical and strategic initiatives to evolve the customer excellence roadmap, including system development recommendations (and associated business cases)

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Vast experience in ISC/forwarding/logistics or related industries are essential
- Experience in order management, supply chain management, freight management and CFS building strong value proposition for customers
- Process oriented thinking and analytical capability
- Consultative approach
- Very good verbal and written English skills
