**Mandat**és** par l'un de nos clients, nous sommes actuellement **à** la recherche d'un(e)** « Asset Manager Immobilier»**.**
**Votre mission**:

- Élaborer des stratégies pour accroître la valeur et le rendement des biens immobiliers, tout en tenant compte des risques spécifiques au marché immobilier à court et à long terme.
- Coordonner la gestion des immeubles en collaboration avec les différents intervenants
- Superviser étroitement les régies pour garantir les loyers, le suivi des logements vacants et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de commercialisation
- ???????Établir, suivre et gérer rigoureusement le budget de l’immeuble tout en vérifiant les demandes de crédits
- Apporter un soutien lors des opérations d'acquisition et de vente ???????
- Prendre des décisions pour améliorer continuellement la performance globale des biens immobiliers.
- Mettre en place des stratégies visant à optimiser les revenus et à assurer la rentabilité locative.
- Définir avec précision les objectifs d'investissement fixés.

**Votre profil**:

- Brevet fédéral de gérant d'immeubles ou formation équivalente
- Expérience au minimum de 5 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Bonne gestion du stress, avenant et entreprenant
- Réseau en Suisse Romande
- Excellente connaissance des lois et des normes suisses
